WHERE THE NAME CAME FROM
People ask why it's called The Blueprint.
Because that's what it is. I didn't design this program. I received it — downloaded, with a promise attached: that what took me years to break free from would break off Kingdom leaders' lives far faster than it broke off mine.
I won't promise anyone God's timetable. But I have watched this move quicker than it moved for me, and I built every week of it so that none of your years are wasted the way mine were.

Dr. Alicia. Ashman-Waugh
I know this process from the inside — the pit, the prison, the long road back to my own identity. The teen mother. The financial defeat. The years of feeling unworthy of the thing I could feel God had put in me.
I did the healing work on myself first, for years, before I ever led anyone else through it. Then I trained in it at Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry, where inner healing, identity and the prophetic were the core of what we practised.
And there's why the program is built the way it is. My doctorate is in education — curriculum, teaching, learning and leadership — and my specialism is curriculum design for adult learners. Twenty years in classrooms and schools across the USA, Jamaica and China. Instructional coach, dean, principal. For three years the Florida Department of Education recognised me as one of the highest-impact mathematics teachers in the state.
I've coached Kingdom leaders since 2020. I built my own Kingdom enterprise, and it generates real revenue.
God has called me to heal the hearts and minds of Kingdom leaders, restore their identities, and teach them to use the abilities He gave them to create wealth.

COMMON QUESTIONS
Answers Honestly
How long is the program?
Twelve months. Three phases — roughly four months of inner work, three months designing the enterprise, and five months building and launching it.
When can I start?
Any week. There are no cohorts to wait for; your twelve months start the day you start.
How much time does it take?
Two live sessions a week — Tuesday and Thursday evenings — plus about an hour of your own work during the teaching phases. It's built for leaders who still have a job.
Is this therapy?
No. This is spiritual restoration work and it is not a substitute for professional mental health care. Plenty of the leaders I work with are in therapy as well — for many people the right answer is both.
I don't know what my business would even be. Am I too early?
You're exactly on time. Phase 2 exists because you can't answer that question yet. If you could already answer it, you wouldn't need me.
Will this replace my income?
I won't promise you that, and I'd be careful of anyone who does without knowing your starting point. What the twelve months produce is a built, running enterprise that is taking money — and you'll know exactly how to run it again.
What does it cost?
More than a course, and less than what you've already spent piecing this together elsewhere. There's a payment plan. I'll walk you through all of it on the call — including what happens if it doesn't work for you.
I'd like to experience your teaching before I book a call. Can I?
Yes. I run The Commissioned Leader Intensive — four hours, live — a few times a year, and there's a short course on conquering fear that a lot of people start with. Both are on the site. But if you already know this is the direction, the call is the faster route.
