I'm Dr. Alicia Ashman-Waugh, founder of Elevate Kingdom Academy.
I spent years carrying a vision I couldn't build — not for lack of faith, but because I didn't understand the three layers blocking me. The pit, the prison, the long process of restoration. When I finally did the healing work, settled my identity, and built the enterprise, everything changed.
I've coached Kingdom leaders through this since 2020. I trained in inner healing, identity and the prophetic at Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry. My doctorate is in education — curriculum, teaching, learning and leadership — which is why this is built the way it is.
I hold what no seminary, therapist, or business coach holds alone: the healing, the identity, and the Kingdom enterprise strategy, in one room.
